When every ad is a recruitment ad
Creating recruitment ads that appeal to the right kind of skilled worker is one thing. It’s a whole other thing to have that same ad appeal to the 99% of people not applying for the job but needing plumbing repairs.
In an unpredictable and distinctive turn of events, we chose to flip the traditional home service business narrative on its head and run Brenda as the face of the company. A strong female presence on air has a universal appeal and charm that tells potential customers that Barker & Sons is safe, approachable, and kind.
